Community Engagement

Community Engagement

At Sheffield Grand Mosque, we believe that building strong relationships within and beyond our Muslim community is essential. Through a range of outreach programmes, educational initiatives, and open events, we work to foster understanding, compassion, and unity among all members of society.

During the holy month of Ramadan, Sheffield Grand Mosque warmly invites both Muslims and non-Muslims to join us for special community iftar gatherings. These events offer a unique opportunity to share the spirit of Ramadan, promote interfaith dialogue, and strengthen the bonds between diverse communities.

Our mosque regularly hosts open days, educational visits, and cultural exchange events to welcome people from all walks of life. We are committed to creating spaces where curiosity is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and meaningful conversations flourish.

Beyond Ramadan, Sheffield Grand Mosque runs a variety of initiatives throughout the year, including charity drives, community clean-up days, youth engagement projects, and interfaith discussions. Our goal is to serve as a beacon of compassion, service, and unity in Sheffield and beyond.
